Course Participation
Your participation process in IFE Istanbul Institute of Finance® programs is designed to be as transparent, professional, and seamless as your training experience itself. Our goal is to simplify all administrative processes so you can focus on the right training that will add value to your career or organization. Below, you can find all the details about the participation process and our policies at a glance.
Registration Process
You can submit your application by filling out the online registration form or by sending an email directly. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
What's Included in the Training Fee
Training materials, lunch at Swissôtel The Bosphorus quality for in-person trainings, refreshments during the day, and a Certificate of Participation are included in the fee.
What's Not Included in the Training Fee
Accommodation costs and 20% VAT are not included in the price.
Corporate Discount
A 10% discount is applied when 3 or more participants from the same organization register (not applicable to package prices).
Payment Methods
Payments are made via bank transfer. Credit card option is also available for individual participants.
Cancellation by Participant
Full refund is provided for cancellations made 10 days before the training date. For cancellations made less than 10 days before or in case of non-attendance, the full fee will be charged.
Changes by Participant
You can unconditionally change the date/training or send another participant in your place, provided you notify us 10 days in advance.
Cancellation/Changes by IFE
IFE reserves the right to postpone/cancel training in case of insufficient participation or extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, if requested, your fee will be unconditionally refunded within 24 hours.
Seminar Locations
Our trainings are held in premium venues in Istanbul such as Swissôtel The Bosphorus or centers that provide the highest standards in terms of accessibility and comfort.
